Reinforced polyester lifting belt

A high performance belt suitable for grain processing industry. The main characteristics of small extension force, high tensile strength, large lifting and conveying capacity. Skeleton material selection of synthetic fibre impregnated canvas, the warp direction using low shrinkage polyester, weft for nylon, and in the lifting belt and the head wheel contact surface to add a layer of wear-resistant backing; or double-sided rubber structure, the use of medium oil-resistant, antistatic rubber formulations, is the most widely used in the grain processing industry, a kind of lifting belt.

Performance characteristics

The skeleton material is made of synthetic polyester fibre impregnated canvas with low shrinkage and high coiling degree, and high quality heavy duty oil resistant, flame retardant and anti-static rubber formula is used; it is mainly suitable for high performance lifting belts under the harsh conditions of oil resistance, moisture resistance and anti-static resistance in the grain, oil and food industry.
